Our Recruitment Process

Before applying, ensure you have your updated CV and cover letter ready.  If you have a LinkedIn profile, ensure that it accurately reflects your background and experience.

You've found the job you want to apply for.  What do you do next?

1. Go to Eastern Mining’s career webpage.  Click on the email address next to the position you want to apply for.

2. Email your CV and a covering note.  If you meet the job requirements, you will be invited to a screening interview with the recruitment agency.

3. If successful, your CV will be shared with Eastern Mining, thereafter and you may be invited to a formal interview with key representatives of the company. [Check out the tips for interviews on our website]

4. After your interview, you will be invited to complete an online occupational assessment.  Thereafter you will be provided with a feedback report, which will be emailed to you.  [Check out our candidate tips for completing online occupational assessments and some practice assessments on our website]

5. If you are successful after your interview and assessment, you will be contacted by our Recruitment Agency to discuss a formal job offer.  If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified via email.
